FOREST COTTAGE
3D Concept and Exterior Renderings for a company that produces modular building systems.
The concept embodied a Forest Cottage. We approached this idea from a contemporary perspective, using modern materials within an architectural language that is in sync with the current design trends.
The photo-realistic renderings present the dark silhouette of the cottage-house as it seemingly inserts itself within a peaceful and idyllic winter background. The contrast between the dark materials used for the facades of the house and the white snow achieves an interesting and pleasing composition that manages to convey the desired message to the viewer.
The atmosphere of this composition translates into a certain melancholy triggered by the viewer's desire to be there, in the middle of the comforting nature, away from the maddening crowd.
